Taylor Forte joins Immune Boost Capital as an intern, bringing a decade of combined experience across biopharmaceutical engineering and management consulting. Originally from Pleasantville, New York, Taylor completed a bachelor's degree in biology and mathematics at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Industry Experience
Following Emory, Taylor spent seven years in the biotech industry as a process development engineer, developing biologics and cell therapies for rare diseases including ALS, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, and Type 1 diabetes.
That work spanned both large pharmaceutical organizations and the start-up space, providing a firsthand view of how early-stage science advances from the laboratory toward the clinic.
Business and Strategy
Taylor recently graduated with distinction from the Tuck School of Business and will join Boston Consulting Group as a consultant this fall.
During a summer internship at BCG, Taylor helped medtech clients implement an operations transformation and examined how NIH grant terminations will affect research and development pipelines.
At Immune Boost Capital
At IBC, Taylor is excited to explore new therapies and strategies for treating immune-related diseases.
